| 摘 要： | 以染料中间体4，4’-二硝基二苯乙烯-2，2’-二磺酸（DNS）为起始原料，通过氧化、酰氯化、酯化、胺化，合成出4-硝基-2-磺酰胺基-苯甲酸甲酯，再将硝基还原后碘代，即制得碘甲磺胺．碘甲磺胺与三嗪缩合后与氢氧化钠反应得到碘甲磺隆钠盐．反应总收率为20％（以DNS计），产品纯度90％．该工艺未见文献报道，原料便宜易得，操作简单，适于工业化生产．

| Abstract: | Started from the dyestuff intermediate 4,4'-dinitrostilbene-2,2'-disulfonic acid(DNS),4-nitro-2-sulfamoylbenzoic acid methyl ester was synthesized through oxidation,acyl-chlorination,esterification and amidation.Then nitro was converted into iodine group through reduction and iodination.Thus we get 4-iodo-2-sulfamoylbenzoic acid methyl ester.After condensed with triazine then reacted with sodium hydroxide,iodosulfuron-methyl sodium was obtained in 90% purity and 20% overall yield(based on DNS).Owing to the ... |
