| 摘 要： | 介绍螺栓连接屈服点拧紧法的特性及应用情况。通过对其进行可靠性分析,不仅证明屈服点拧紧法确实可行,而且与传统方法对比分析表明,传统方法具有一定的潜力,有改进的必要。文中还提出了影响螺栓连接可靠性的主要因素以及提高屈服点拧紧法可靠度的条件与使用范围。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the characteristics and application of tightening method of bolted joints up to the yield point(TMYP) are introduced. By means of reliability analysis and compare with traditional method,it's evident that the TMYP is not only practical but also the traditional method has a certain potentiality, while it needs to be improved. The main factors effecting on reliability of bolted joints,the conditions of increasing the reliability of tightening method up to the yield point, and the scope of application are proposed by the authors. |
