酯酶响应性光活化纳米农药的制备与评价

摘    要:光活化农药是一种具有巨大开发潜力的新型绿色农药,但是其体外光不稳定性限制了它的应用.为了提高体外光稳定性和杀虫活性,将光活化农药——焰红染料B(PB)与海藻酸钠(SA)通过酚酯键连接,然后超声自组装,制备了一种酯酶响应性光活化纳米农药(PB-GSA NPs).PB-GSA NPs在水溶液中呈核壳结构,粒径约为220±5.32 nm,临界聚集浓度约为0.042 3 mg·mL-1.与游离PB相比,纳米粒中PB因聚集成核导致的淬灭效应能有效保护PB免于光解.并且PB-GSA NPs具有酯酶响应性控制释放能力,释放的PB显示出光活性并被酪氨酸氧化法证实,表明该酯酶响应性纳米农药在递送光活化农药方面具有较高的应用潜力.

Abstract:Photoactivated pesticides are a new type of green pesticide with great development potential, but its in vitro photo-instability limits its application. For enhancingin vitro photostability and improving insecticidal activity, a novel esterase responsive photoactivated nano-pesticide was synthesized by conjugation of photoactivated pesticide phloxine B(PB)to sodium alginate (SA) via phenolic ester bond followed by ultrasonic dispersion. The PB-GSA NPs showed core-shell structure with particle size of about 220±5.32 nm in aqueous solution and a critical aggregation concentration (CAC) of about 0.042 3 mg·mL-1. Compared with free PB, quenching effect caused by aggregation of PB in nanoparticles effectively protected PB from photolysis. In addition, PB-GSA NPs had esterase responsive controlled release ability and tyrosine oxidation confirmed that the released PB possessed high photoactivity, indicating that the esterase responsive nano-pesticide has a potential application for the delivery of photoactivated pesticide.
