| 摘 要： | 采用培养基培养法和浸泡法对东北龙胆愈伤组织进行多倍体诱导,研究了秋水仙素的不同质量浓度和处理时间对东北龙胆多倍体诱导率的影响.结果表明,培养基培养法的最佳诱导处理是秋水仙素质量浓度为0.30%,诱导时间30d.在浸泡法中,当秋水仙素质量浓度为0.01%~0.05%时,多倍体诱导率随着诱导剂量的升高和诱导时间的加长而增加;当秋水仙素质量浓度为0.10%时,对愈伤组织产生毒害作用,愈伤组织死亡,诱导率下降.

| Abstract: | Two methods of medium culture and soaking were taken to induce the polyploid of Gentiana manshuica Kitagawa.The effects of different induction methods,colchicine concentration and induction time on induction rate were studied.The result showed that the best treatment is colchicine concentration of 0.30%, induction time of 30 d,when callus was treated with methods of medium culture.When colchicine was in 0.10% ~0.30%,the induction rate of polyploid was increased with increment of inductive dose and the delay... |
