应用Adomian分解法求解免疫反应的数学模型

摘    要:为加强对免疫反应动态机理的了解,用Adomian分解法求解一类免疫反应的数学模型,由此可同时得到模型的解析解和数值解.与Runga-Kuta法相比,Adomian分解法的数值结果具有更高的精确性和收敛速度.除免疫反应外,该方法还可推广到其他用微分方程描述的生命系统模型的求解.

Abstract:To improve the understanding of the mechanism and dynamics of Immune responses,the Adomian decomposition method is employed to solve a class of mathematics models of immune responses,and thereby both the analytical and numerical approximate solutions could be offered.Comparing with the Runga-Kuta method,the numerical results show that the decomposition method has a higher accuracy and faster convergence.It is efficient for solving not only mathematics models of immune responses but also the other life system models described by differential equations.
