| Abstract: | This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of tacit knowledge,expounds the connotation of tacit knowledge of library,analyzes how to promote the tacit knowledge sharing in library from four aspects of the culture innovation,organization innovation,application innovation and talent innovation,and puts forward some strategies for constructing the tacit knowledge sharing mechanism in university library. |
