| 摘 要： | 基层金融档案是基层金融组织在开展金融业务中形成的宝贵财富，其利用价值在推动社会经济发展、帮助领导决策、化解经济纠纷等诸多方面得到体现。但长期以来金融档案利用牢普遍不高，档案使用价值并未充分发挥。因此，必须从机翻、基础、服务、科技、人才等方面采取措施，促进当前基层金融档案的开发利用。

| Abstract: | The grassroots financial archives are the treasures created by the grassroots financial institutions in the financial business.Their values are embodied in promoting the social and economic development,helping leaders to make decisions and settling the economic disputes.However,the utilization rate of financial archives has not been high for a long time and the value of archives has not been fully developed.Therefore,it is necessary to adopt measures from the perspectives of mechanism,basis,service,science and technology,and talent,etc.to promote the development of the present grassroots financial archives. |
