Abstract:On the basis of sample cutting signal checked by experiment, chatter displacement EAR model and grinding force EAR model were respectively constructed under the various grinding conditions ,According to EAR model,Lyapunov exponent is analyzed and calculated, the cutting condition in which chaos appears is discussed,consequently whether chaos arises is determined.3figs.,7refs.
