| 摘 要： | 对平面上具有连续系数的一般二阶线性椭圆组的Dirichlet问题、Neumann问题，利用17算子、Green函数、Neumann函数、Bergman函数以及二维奇异积分算子理论，给出了其有效的Noeether性条件及指标计算公式．
