内标法测定尿铅

摘    要:使用PS4.0极谱溶出仪,采用电位溶出内标分析法测定尿液中的铅含量.实现一次测量就可得到尿液中铅含量,即铅的峰高值与质量浓度值相等,以减少工作曲线法和标准加入法测定尿铅的复杂性.在测量溶液中加入10.00μg/L镉(Ⅱ)作为内标物,测量结束后将内标物峰高校正到146.58,提高了铅测量的精度.尿液标本在电解池中直接进行电位溶出测定.平均回收率为104%~118.31%,测量铅质量浓度为45.3μg/L的尿样,测量值47.00μg/L,相对偏差RSD=3.74%.结果表明,用内标法测定尿液中铅含量操作简单,有较好的灵敏性和准确性.

Abstract:Adopt the method of the potentiometric stripping out analysis,using PS4.0 predicating dissloution instrument to determinate the Lead in urine.It achieved a measurement that can get the result in one-time,namely the peak height of Lead equal to the density,and reduced the complex process of the working curve method and standard addition method.Adding cadmium(10.00 μg/L)to measuring solution.The peak height of the internal standard substance will correct to 146.58 after measuring,by this way,the accuracy of determination is increased.The urine specimen is directly measured in electrolytic pool.The average recovery is 104%~118.31%,determinate the urine that the concentration is 45.3 μg/L,determination of Lead in urine is 47.00 μg/L,the relative deviation RSD=3.74%.The results show that the determination of Lead in urine by internal standard has simple operation,good sensitivity and accuracy.
