地铁车辆铝合金车体与不锈钢车体的对比及发展

摘    要:地铁车辆的车体材料选材,是关系到地铁运营的安全、可靠、快速、轻量、经济、适用的重大因素之一。文章结合当前国内城市地铁车辆车体的使用及选购情况,借鉴国外经验,针对不锈钢、铝合金车体的材料和结构特点进行分析、比较,并对两种车体材料的发展动向进行了探讨,为城市轨道交通车辆车体材料的选型提供依据。

Abstract:The materials selection for bodies of urban railway vehicles is one of thesignificant subjects concerned with"safety, reliability,high speed,lightweight,economy and applicability'in the operation.Combined with the current domesticnrban rail transport vehicles and the use of car selection,the article analyses andcompares the stainless steel,aluminum alloy body of material and structural characteristics with respect to foreign experience.It also explored the development direction of two ear body material,which provides the reference for the selection of thesematerials.
