关于提高西北地区竞技体育效益的研究

对西北地区竞技体育效益的综合调查研究结果表明，西北地区的经济牵制了西北地区竞技体育的发展；长期计划经济体制下形成的管理结构及相应的经济观念制约了竞技体育效益的提高．只有确立“以效益为本”的指导思想，改革现在的不合理的管理体制，建立并不断优化效益机制，才能有效提高西北地区竞技体育效益，促进体育事业发展．

Study on raising benefit of competing physical culture in Northwest China

Synthetical study on competing physical culture in the Northwest of China shows,the poor e-conomy holds greatly back the development of competing physical culture in this area,it is restricted bymanaging structure and economy ldeas of long term planed economy system. If only establish guidingideology that benefit is foundation,reform present irrational managing system, found and continuouslyoptimize benefit mechanism,competing physical culture benefit in this area can be increased efficiently.
