| 摘 要： | 以国有商业银行数据集中为背景，分析客户数据集中后业务后台运行中出现的主要风险及其产生根源；从管理学和控制论角度提出提高商业银行后台运行效率，防范银行内部操作风险的具体措施。有利于商业银行增强自身风险防范能力，促进业务稳定运行。

| Abstract: | Being in the background of data aggregation in state owned commercial banks, this paper analyses the main forms and sources of risks in e business operation after data aggregation, further brings forwards some detailed thoughts to improve the supporting efficiency of background and provides measures against internal operating risks in commercial banks from management & cybernetics aspects. The proposed measures are beneficial to enhance banks' capacity against risks, and speeds up the whole development of e business of state owned commercial banks. |
