注浆成型法制备多孔羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷

摘    要:通过一系列实验,研究了注浆成型法制备多孔羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷和添加高温粘结剂对陶瓷的力学性能影响.对制品进行抗压强度和气孔率的测试观察.结果表明:羟基磷灰石在高温下烧结出现微观结构的变化,并伴有体积收缩.高温粘结剂对羟基磷灰石烧结体的力学性能有影响.

Abstract:By a series of experiments,the present paper has studied the porous hydroxyapatite bioceramics prepared through casting formation and increase high temperature cementing agent to the ceramic mechanics performance influence.The compressive strength and porosity of the product are measured.The results indicated that the hydroxyapatite agglutinates under the high temperature appears change in the microscopic structure,and the partner has the volume contraction.The high temperature cementing agent agglutinate the body mechanics performance to the hydroxyl apatite is influential.
