空间机构摩擦副表面冷焊特性数值分析

摘    要:以新发展的变分法和非线性优化方法求解能量泛函,分析微凸体峰元相互接触下的冷焊发展历程,研究空间机构摩擦副摩擦力下的冷焊问题,并对计算结果进行了讨论.结果表明:随着摩擦副相对静止时间的增加,基体最大应力也迅速增加,摩擦副的冷焊特性对空间机构的工作有重大影响.

Abstract:In this paper,the newly developed variation and nonlinear optimization methods are employed to solve the energy functions,the cold welding history under the asperities contacting was analyzied,with the aim of investigating the cold-welding characteristics of friction pairs in space mechanism.The calculated results are fully discussed.It is indicated that the cold welding characteristics of friction pairs greatly affect the working state of space mechanism,and that the maximum stress of the mechanism base increases obviously with the relative resting time of friction pairs.
