| 摘 要： | 开放式创新模式实现了"创新范式的转型",在创新外伸链条及创新方式上发生了重要变化。由于其显著的经济效应,开放式创新模式出现了由高科技行业向多行业延伸的趋势,但是其模式选择仍然受到一些准入条件的限制。参与主体的开放和创新收益程度,取决于行业特点、产业环境以及组织内部管理等条件,这要求企业在全球最新知识基础之上,具备超强的知识获取、知识辨识和知识应用嫁接能力。
