摘    要:基于SiO2MgOAl2O3K2OCaOB2O3F系可切削玻璃陶瓷,进行了成分对透明玻璃的形成与云母析晶影响的研究·结果表明,通过适当调整K2O,CaO含量及比例,既可防止失透,又能获得大量的云母相·在CaO稳定作用下,ZrO2的加入可抑制云母晶体的长大,并在室温仍可保留较多的四方相ZrO2,大大提高了云母玻璃陶瓷的强度·

Abstract:The effects of composition on the formation of transparent glass and crystallization of mica in the machinable glass ceramics were studied based on the system of SiO 2 MgO Al 2O 3 K 2O CaO B 2O 3 F. By adjusting the contents and ratio of K 2O and CaO properly, the glass becomes not only transparent but also with large amount of mica in it. The addition of ZrO 2 results in a fine crystal structure. A large number of t ZrO 2 particles can be stabilized to room temperature by the addition of CaO. Due to the refinement of structure and the existence of t ZrO 2, strength of the mica glass ceramics can be improved remarkably.
