| 摘 要： | 1883年的金融风潮是中国近代史上影响重大的事件,对当时中国的社会经济产生了广泛影响,它对繁荣的房地产业的冲击正是这种影响的缩影。金融风潮限制了社会资金的流动性,从而使＂地产大王＂徐润资金链断裂,最终导致＂房地产王国＂倾覆,在这次金融风潮中扮演了一个典型的悲剧角色。这一深刻教训给当今中国社会经济提供了一些历史借鉴。
