摘    要:通过先制备钛酸钡 (BaTiO3 )的纳米粉 ,然后按一定质量比与Gd2 O3 混合 ,烧结成陶瓷。利用XRD、RAMAN技术研究了Gd2 O3 的掺入对BT陶瓷结构的影响。通过SEM、DSC技术分别观察了Gd2 O3 对BT陶瓷颗粒形貌、一级相变的影响。研究表明 :Gd2 O3 主要存在于晶界 ;由于Gd2 O3 引起的应力的作用 ,Gd2 O3 的对BT的振动模式和一级相变产生了一定的影响 ,影响最显著的是对BaTiO3 陶瓷微观颗粒的形状和大小

Abstract:BaTiO 3(BT) nanocrystalline powders were prepared,and then Gd 2O 3 of various mass concentration {(0.1%, 0.2%, 0.75%, 1%, 2%, 4%, 6%, and 8%)} was added into the powders. XRD, Raman scattering techniques were used to study the effect of doped Gd 2O 3 on the structure of BT. SEM, DSC were used to investigate its effect on the micrograph of particle and phase transition of BT ceramic. The result showed that the stress induced by doped Gd 2O 3 has affected on the vibration mode and first_order phase transition, particularly on the shape and size of BT particle.
