C2H4-CO2在Co-丝光沸石上吸附分离研究

摘    要:用重量法测定了C2H4和CO2在Co-丝光沸石上的吸附等温线和吸附扩散动力学曲线,并对吸附平衡等温线和扩散曲线模拟计算,拟合很好. 研究表明,在Co-丝光沸石上,C2H4 的平衡吸附量远大于CO2的;而C2H4的吸附扩散速率与CO2的接近. 因此利用平衡吸附原理,用Co-丝光沸石可将C2H4-CO2中的CO2吸附下来,得到100%的C2H4. 采用动态吸附法考察了吸附温度、流速、浸渍量以及活化温度对Co-丝光沸石吸附分离C2H 4-CO2的影响规律,分析得出吸附剂的最佳操作条件. 采用Co-丝光沸石来分离C2H 4-CO2,分离因数大,选择吸附的量也较大,床层利用率高,脱附较易.

Abstract:The adsorbents of Co M were used for removal of CO 2 from C 2H 4 CO 2 system. The effect of the adsorption temperature, influx velocity, impregnated amount and activated temperature on the separation of C 2H 4 CO 2 mixture were discussed through dynamic adsorption method. The throughbreak curves, selective adsorption amount of CO 2 and separation factor of C 2H 4 CO 2 mixture were measured. The optimum conditions of adsorption were obtained. The adsorption isotherms and diffusive dynamical curves of C 2H 4 and CO 2 on Co M were obtained by gravimetric method. The results show that the adsorption amount of CO 2 is much more than that of C 2H 4, while diffusive coefficients of C 2H 4 and CO 2 are approaching. The adsorption performance of CO 2 from C_2H_4-CO 2 mixture by Co M is also studied.
