| 摘 要： | 政府管理模式的转型和重构,是世界各国都需经历的社会发展过程中不可回避的问题之一。结合西方主要发达国家以及我国政府的实践,对政府管理模式这一亟待深入研究的新兴领域作一番理论分析和现实考察,对于建立科学合理的政府管理模式具有重要的意义。
