电网合环操作与继电保护协调策略研究

配电网合环操作是电网运行中提高供电可靠性的有效措施。为能够给调度运行人员提供辅助决策,本文以配电网中的合环操作内容为核心,研究了合环操作和继电保护间的相互协调、配合策略。结合随州地区某变电站实际,计算验证了本文所提策略的有效性,对提高该地区配电网的合环操作具有指导意义。

Research on Coordination Strategy of Closed Loop Operation With Protective Relaying in Suizhou Electric Networks

Closed loop operation is the eitective measures to improve power supply reliability in the distribution network. In order to provide assistance to the dispatcher to be able to make decisions, This paper focuses the closed loop operation in the distribution network as the contents of the core ring of cooperation and coordination between power relaying. An example of the actual substation in Suizhou can verify the effectiveness of the strategy, the results show that can raise the stability in the regional power grid operator together with the guide ring.
