| 摘 要： | 通过对目前实验室常用的消毒剂抑菌作用的比较实验．确定了过氧乙酸为实验室抑菌效果较好的消毒剂,实验结果显示，用含0．03％过氧乙酸消毒剂溶液对大肠杆菌作用1min，对金黄色葡萄球菌作用1min，杀菌率为100％.用古0．04％过氧乙酸消毒荆作用10min．室内台面自然菌比对照组减少94．21％．

| Abstract: | Through comparison experiments of the effect of sterilization of different disinfectants preacetic acid is found to be the best disinfectant for laboratory disinfection. The results indicated that the in 0.03% preacetic acid solution killing rates of E. coli and S. aureus both are 100% in 1 min. Furthermore, after 0.03% preacetic acid solution sterilizes in 10 min, indoor natural table-board bacterium reduces 94.21% in contrast to the control group. |
