论课堂教学素质教育的功能、局限及改良对策

摘    要:现行课堂教育所具有的素质教育功能主要是帮助学生形成认知素质和作为知识学习主体的素质.与面向全体学生、促进学生全面发展和主动高效发展的素质教育要求相比.现行课堂教学存在明显的局限性.要更好地发挥课堂教学的素质教育功能,就应该按照素质教育的要求,一方面对现行课堂教学本身进行调整;另一方面要努力将课堂教学与课外、校外活动以及家庭教育、社会教育等相互配合和协调.
