新型镶圈活塞超声波自动检测系统

摘    要:采用超声波无损探伤和计算机技术,利用双路通道自动检测镶圈活塞上镶圈与基体之间的结合缺陷。该检测系统功能强、精度高、操作方便、可靠性好,且测试结果具有良好的重复性。该检测设备已投入现场使用。

Abstract:By means of ultrasonic nondestructive inspection and computer technology, the automatic detection of flaw between ring and carrier of piston is realized through two channels. The detection system has the advantages of strong functions, simple operation, and high reliability. A large number of experimental results show that the detection has high precision and satisfactory repeatability. This type of machine has been applied in practice.
