| 摘 要： | 利用荧光探针技术和圆二色谱等分析手段对两种水溶性高分子金属卟啉络合物同DNA的作用进行了初步研究．实验表明，所合成的高分子金属卟啉络合物在同DNA作用时存在有嵌入模式，金属卟啉络合物大的平面环疏水结构和亲水性基团的引入促进了这种作用．

| Abstract: | The modes and activities of the interaction of DNA and water soluble polymeric metalloporphyrin complexes,which have been prepared by polymeric analogous reaction and copolymerization,have been discussed according to circular dichroism spectra and fluorescent probe method.It indicates that the introduction of hydrophilic groups and the planar hydrophobic macrocyclic structure of metalloporphyrin complexes jointly increase the interaction of these polymeric metalloporphyrin complexes with DNA. |
