| 摘 要： | 通过对5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl钢进行氮碳共渗工艺的研究，分析了温度、时间、气体比例等对渗层组织、性能的影响，研究了最佳工艺参数，渗层的组织性能好，并在切边模上进行了生产试验，使用寿命是原工艺生产工件的2倍，有很好的应用前景。

| Abstract: | A study on the carbonitriding of 5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl steel has been carried out. Influence of temperature,time and gas ratio on the structure and property of the carbonitrided layer were analyzed and the optimum processing parameters are obtained. The process was tested on a cropping die,a life span of twice as long as it was before was achieved. A prospective application is predictable. |
