| 摘 要： | 本文对酒精精馏塔的设计,提出采用一元三次样条插值法计算其最小回流比和理论板数,并给出计算程序框图。为非理想溶液系统提供了设计和精馏模拟的依据。该方法对于有合理的汽液平衡数据的精馏,特别是高纯产品精馏和精密精馏的设计计算有参考价值。

| Abstract: | The mono-variable Cubic Spline-interpolation method has been used in calculating the minimum reflux ratio and the theoretical plate numbers for the designing of alcohol rectification column. The block diagrams of corresponding programs have been given. This method of calculation is helpful in the designing and the micro-computer simulation of rectification of non-ideal solution systems.It is also valuable for systems which involve reasonable vapor-liquid equilibrium data, especially for the designing calculation of precise fractination and rectification of high purity products. |
