| 摘 要： | 目前高职院校课程建设与管理方面存在着理念创新不够、团队意识不强功利色彩太重、建设成果得不到应用等诸多问题。济源职业技术学院经过实践探索,制订了科学有效的管理制度,开展了系列主题年活动,搭建了教学资源互动的课程建设平台,走出了一条具有特色的道路。
