摘 要: | 文章在单电子Hartree-Fork近似的基础上采用扩展离子方法研究了MgF2晶体中自陷态激子STE转化为F-H对的微观物理机制,结果发现稳定的F-H对只能由STE的空穴激发态产生,最后我们建立了激发态空穴跳跃扩散的模型来解释这种形成机制。

Abstract: | On the basis of one-electron Hartree-Fock approximation,the extended-ion method has been used to investigate the micro physical mechanism of the STEs converting to the F-H pairs.The results show that only hole-excited state of the STEs can make STEs transform to stable F-H pairs.At last,we set up a model of the hole hopping diffusion to explain this kind of mechanism. |
