网架结构新型节点单向受压试验研究

摘    要:本文研究了运用正交设计方法安排的新型空心螺栓球节点试验。根据正交设计试验结果,还针对性地进行了补充试验,共计试验了二十个以45号钢机加工制成的不同尺寸的原型节点。通过测试,得出节点在单向受压情况下的破坏特征以及节点表面应力应变分布规律;通过极差分析,找出了影响节点单向受压承载能力的主要因素;最后,给出了经回归分析得到的新型节点几何尺寸和受压极限承载力的关系式。

Abstract:In this paper, tests on a new type of hollow bolted sphere joint designed by the method of orthogonal were analyzed. Based on the orthogonal tests,some supplementary tests had been done. A tolal of twenty full-scale test pieces with various fixing demension made of steel No45 by machining process had been tested. Destructive specificity of joint and stress-strain distribution on its face had been obtained;the main factors affecting capacity had been arrived. The relationship between joint fixing demension and ultimate capacity had been founded by regression at the end.
