高炉喷吹配煤催化燃烧特性的研究

摘    要:为进一步提高高炉喷吹配煤的燃烧效率,通过在配煤中干法混合不同比率的催化助燃剂轻烧白云石、冷轧酸洗氧化铁粉和锰矿粉,采用热重分析和半工业化沉降炉试验方法,探讨催化助燃剂种类及其添加量对煤粉着火点和燃尽率的影响,以确定匹配的催化助燃剂种类和最佳添加量。结果表明,轻烧白云石、氧化铁粉、锰矿粉及三者的复合催化助燃剂都对煤粉的燃烧反应具有较好的助燃作用;最适宜的催化助燃剂为冷轧酸洗氧化铁粉和复合催化剂,其最佳添加量分别为3.0%和4.5%。

Catalysis combustibility of pulverized blended coal injection

Abstract:In order to further improve the combustion efficiency of pulverized blended coal injection, varied combustion supporting agents of different proportions were dry mixed with blended coal, including calcined dolomite, brown iron oxide and manganese mineral powder. Thermogravimetry analysis and drop tube furnace were employed to analyze their effects on the ignition temperature and burn-off rate of pulverized blended coal and to determine the optimum matching catalyst type and adding amount. The results show that all the three combustion supporting agents, i.e. calcined dolomite, brown iron oxide, manganese mineral powder, and their composite have a good catalytic effect on the combustion, and the best combustion supporting agents are brown iron oxide and the composite of three agents, whose optimum addition is 3.0% and 4.5%, respectively.
