| Abstract: | Through the practice of the water-saving transformation of Xiaohe Irrigated Area works, this paper discusses that the water-saving transformation is the only road for sustainable development of irrigated area's economy because it can resolve effectively the problems of the age, disrepair and benefit attenuation of irrigated area works, increase the income of irrigated areas, and accelerate agricultural development. |
