Discussion on the Necessity of Developing the Network Reading Service for the Vulnerable Groups by the Public Library

Based on analyzing the influences of the network reading on the vulnerable groups, this paper probes into the necessity of developing the network reading service for the vulnerable groups by the public library, and points out that the public library should bridge the public library and the vulnerable groups, make full use of network resources, promote the vulnerable groups to carry out the network reading, and realize the public benefit target of library’s reading service.
