Talking about the Service Arts of the Circulation Work of University Library

This paper describes the importance of the circulation work of the university library and the demand characteristics of university readers,and connecting with the practical experiences of library work,probes into some new modes,methods,strategies and skills adopted in the circulation work of university library from four aspects of the words and deeds art,communication art,management art;and special situation treatment art.,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the service quality.
