| Abstract: | By using some common theories and methods of enterprise management,this paper makes the strategic analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Shanxi Electric Power Company,and through establishing the SWOT matrix,this paper puts forward four strategies for the development of Shanxi＇s power enterprises including the product expansion strategy,technological innovation strategy,market expansion strategy,and optimum resources allocation and rational structural adjustment strategy. |
