为了更好地服务弱势群体,公共图书馆应秉承"以人为本"的服务理念,在充分了解弱势群体信息需求的基础上,通过主动邀请他们走进图书馆以及联合社会力量将图书馆服务延伸出去等方式,真正走近弱势群体,为其提供多元化服务,把图书馆打造成为弱势群体的精神文化家园。

Discussion on How Public Library's Service to Approached the Vulnerable Groups

In order to serve better the vulnerable groups, the public library should be adhering to the people-oriented service concept, and based on understanding the information needs of vulnerable groups and through the measures of inviting actively vulnerable groups into the library and extending library’s service by combining social forces, really approach the vulnerable groups, provide diversified services to them, and make the library into a spiritual and cultural home of vulnerable groups.
