The Practice of and Consideration about How the Higher Vocational College to Improve Utilization Ratio of the Books and Reference Materials

Based on summing up the books borrowing situation in the library of Shandong Silk Textile Vocational College, and connecting with the work of ＂getting ready for the evaluation and promoting the construction＂, this paper probes into some methods for improving the utilization ratio of the books and reference materials from aspects of improving the reading environment,strengthening the literature resources construction, reforming the management system,and encouraging the students’ participation,etc.。
