| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆人力资源管理是决定一个图书馆能否有效地完成任务和目标的关键,建立新型的人力资源管理模式,坚持人本管理是高校图书馆生存与发展的生命线。分析了目前高校图书馆人力资源管理的现状及存在的问题,论述了高校图书馆进行人力资源管理的必要性,提出了完善高校图书馆人力资源管理的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Human resource management is the key to determine whether or not a library can accomplish its task and objective effectively,and establishing a new human resource management pattern and sticking to the people-based management is the lifeline for university library＇s existence and development. This paper analyzes the present situation of and existing problems in the human resource management of university library, discusses the necessity of carrying on the human resource management in university library, and puts forward some effective measures for perfecting the human resource management of university library. |
