| Abstract: | This paper introduces the present situation of domestic management consulting firms, researches the scope, content, method and technology for gaining competitive intelligence in the development of management consulting firms currently, discusses some methods for competitive intelligence analysis and the application of competitive intelligence, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting competitive intelligence analysis of management consulting firms. |
