| Abstract: | Starting from the concepts and features of the intellectual property rights under the network environment, this paper analyzes the current research on constructing the intellectual property rights protection under the network environment in China, expounds some problems existing in the current protection means and measures, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for intellectual property rights protection from aspects of the laws, personal understanding, technology, economy, and management, etc. |
