The private express delivery enterprises have developed rapidly in China, but most of the private express delivery enterprises do not pay enough attentions on competitive intelligence, have no perfect competitive intelligence system, and lack competitive intelligence personnel, and gain the information only through single channel and with single means, so, the Intelligence capability of private express delivery enterprises are lower. This paper expounds the present situation of the competitive intelligence of private express delivery enterprises, and analyzes the features and contents of the competitive intelligence demands of private express delivery enterprises.
