光合细菌处理富营养化水体的试验研究

摘    要:通过高锰酸钾指数、总氮、总磷、浮游藻类生物量及优势种多样性5个参数值,对光合细菌在治理晋阳湖富营养化水体中的作用进行了试验研究。试验结果认为,按体积比,光合细菌比例为拟处理水量的1%时,对水体的净化效率最好,处理后水体中高锰酸钾指数、总氮和总磷的降低比率为17%、76%和30%,而在此投加比例下,光合细菌对水体中浮游藻类生物量和蓝藻(颤藻)、绿藻(栅藻)有明显的调控作用,说明光合细菌在修复藻型富营养化水体方面有很好的应用前景。

Abstract:This paper makes the experimental study on the functions of photosynthetic bacteria in the treatment of algae-type eutrophical water of Jinyang Lake through five parameter values of potassium permanganate index,total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP),planktonic algae biomass and dominant species diversity.The results show that casting photosynthetic bacteria into the vessel with V(photosynthetic bacteria):V(eutrophical water) ratio of 1%,the purification efficiency for water is the best,the removal rate of potassium permanganate index,total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP)reaches 17%,76% and 30%,and under such dosing proportion,the photosynthetic bacteria can obviously control the planktonic algae biomass,cyanophytes(oscillatoria) and chlorophytes(scenedesmus),illustrating that the photosynthetic bacteria has a good application prospect in restoring the algae-eutrophical water.
