| 摘 要： | 成功的外包策略是保证图书馆实现其最大外包战略目标的重要保证。在图书馆业务外包理论和实践研究的基础上,提出准确评估图书馆业务外包的需求、树立正确的外包观念、确定业务外包的合理范围和层次、选择合适的外包模式、评估和选择最适合的外包商、签订完善的外包合同等外包策略。

| Abstract: | Successful outsourcing strategies are the important assurance for the library to realize its maximum strategic goal of outsourcing.Based on the researches on the theory and practice of library＇s outsourcing,this paper puts forward some outsourcing strategies such as evaluating accurately library＇s need for outsourcing,setting up proper outsourcing concept,determining the rational scope and level of library＇s outsourcing,choosing the appropriate outsourcing mode,evaluating and selecting the most suitable contractors,and signing the perfect outsourcing compact,etc. |
