Along with the deepening of the concept of harmony into every aspect of social development,the library,being as an important social cultural institution and a base for spreading the spiritual civilization,should have the sense of mission and sense of responsibility.From two aspects of material environment and humanistic environment,this paper probes into the construction of harmonious environment of public library.
