摘    要:由于铁路桥梁挡风板两侧温差影响、垂直挡风板的风荷载作用等,会产生板面外的变形,挡风板容易产生裂缝.在挡风板内侧用碳纤维混凝土薄板做加固处理,可以阻止挡风板的开裂.本项目加固板碳纤维沿挡风板的高度单向分布,应用FINAL有限元软件,分析挡风板与加固板之间温差作用对加固板裂缝的影响,并分析碳纤维两向正交分布、加固板厚度对加固板温度裂缝的影响,从既经济又适用的角度,为碳纤维加固板设计与应用提供理论依据.

Abstract:Because of the influence of temperature difference on both sides of railway bridge's wind deflector, and wind load which being perpendicular to the wind deflector, etc. , so as to produce deformation along plate plane's vertical direction, wind deflector cracks easily. Reinforcing the wind deflector with carbon fiber rein- forced concrete board on the side of the wind deflector, this can prevent cracking of the concrete wind deflec- tor. In this project, carbon fiber in the carbon fiber reinforced plate is unidirectional distribution along the height of the reinforced plate. FINAL finite element software is applied to analyze the influence of the rein- forced plate temperature cracks under the temperature difference between the wind deflector and the rein- forced plate. And two factors influencing on reinforced plate temperature cracks are analyzed, which are the distribution of carbon fiber along orthogonal direction and thickness of the reinforced plate, so as to provide e- conomic and applicable theory for designing and applying carbon fiber reinforced plate.
