西安地区内廊式高层商住户型设计思路的探讨

商住楼设计现已成为解决城市用地紧张的有效手段之一，住宅部分的宜居性与商业开发的最大化是设计工作的主要矛盾。本文首先针对商住楼的建筑特点进行分析，提出内廊式住宅设计的合理性，并以此为出发点，综合多种设计条件提出普通“平层”模式、“平层”SOHO模式和复式（10ft）~式的三种设计思路，结合住宅宜居性、9-P范围、商业开发价值等方面综合分析每种思路的适应性，总结户型设计思路的选择方法。

Investigation on Mentality Design of Housing Layout in In Porch High- rise Commercial and Residential of Xi＇ an Areas

Today the commercial-residential buildings design already became effective way of solving the limited land in urban, however there is a difficulty for the project work in design of union the housing and the commercial function, the principal contradictory is between the comfortable of housing and the commercial development. This article first proposed that the development direction in porch housing design which aims at the analysis in the construction characteristic of commercial-residential buildings, then proposed the Ordinary ＂Even Level＂ pattern, the ＂Even Level＂ SOHO pattern and the Multiple （loft） pattern which synthesis many kinds of design conditions. Simultaneously, Summary the choice method in mentality of household design which take the example of key floor design in commercial-residential buildings of Xi ＇an, and generalized analysis three kinds of mentality compatibility from the comfortable of housing, inhabitant scope and the value of commercial development.
