| Abstract: | Summary In flavonoid-deficient Wistar-rats, the action of caffeine, harmine, hexobarbital, morphine and pentobarbital is enhanced. In contrast, the thiopental sleeping time is shortened. These observations may indicate impaired drug metabolism as a consequence of the flavonoid-deficiency state. |
