论图书馆读者服务的规范化

摘    要:图书馆读者服务的规范化是非常必要的,这是由图书馆的性质和图书馆所面临的新的竞争环境决定的,同时规范化服务是全面提升馆员素质和服务质量,开展文明服务的基础和保证。图书馆读者服务的规范化包括服务主体的规范、服务客体的规范、服务工具的规范、服务方式的规范以及服务环境的规范。对图书馆读者服务的组织与管理,就是要加强规范服务的宣传教育,加深对服务工作的理解,建立服务规范制度体系,加强规范服务的管理,建立服务规范保障体系。

Abstract:The standardization of library services is very essential, this is decided by the nature of library and the new competitive environment that library faced. At the same time, standardized services are the foundation and guarantee of comprehensively enhancing the literacy of librarian and service quality, and civilization services. The standardization of library reader services, including the standardization of the librarians, readers, service tools, service measures and service environment. The organization and management of library reader service is to strengthen the standardization of propaganda and education services, deepen the understanding of the service work, establish standardized system of services, strengthen the management of service standards, and establish service standards security system.
