三峡库区重点城市生态基础设施品质演化及对策

生态基础设施同城市生态安全和健康密切相关.鉴于目前此类问题中量化的不确定性和不完整性,从生态基础设施的概念出发,参考生态城市、园林城市等国际、国内有关指标标准,以大气系统、绿地系统和水文系统为依据,构建了评价指标体系;采用层次分析法和综合指数法建立了评价模型;对三峡库区4个重点城市即重庆主城、宜昌、涪陵、万州等2002-2005年间的生态基础设施品质演化进行了研究.结果表明:4城市生态基础质量都在上升;目前宜昌、涪陵属于较好等级,万州、重庆主城属于一般等级;4城市的生态基础设施质量状况排序由高到低为宜昌>涪陵>万州>重庆主城.通过评价分析,了解了三峡库区4个重点城市的生态基础设施质量状况,为三峡库区城市的规划建设提供了科学依据.
